In defense of the professional interests of the associates, the purposes of the association will be the following:

• Being a spokesperson in the union and non-union sphere before any kind of authorities and organizations, of the problems and aspirations of its Associates.
• Represent Associates before official and private entities, national and foreign, for the analysis and resolution of situations that affect their interests.
• The defense and promotion of the economic and social interests that are its own, with the typical means of action being collective labor bargaining, the approach of collective labor disputes, social dialogue and institutional participation in public bodies of labor administrations.
• Promote the economic development of companies in the sectors of its competence in the province of Cádiz.
• Represent and manage, in its general and common aspects, the interests entrusted to its Associates before all instances, whether representative, management or decision-making, at the socioeconomic, cultural or political levels.
• Establish and facilitate the quality services of common or specific interest that the associated companies require.

In general, any other functions agreed by the General Assembly, related to the previous ones and with the general purpose of the Association.
